2. Data Collection

3. Watermarked Previews

  • Before full payment, watermarked previews of photos may be shared with you for approval purposes.

  • These previews are for review only and may not be reproduced, published, or distributed in any form.

4. Photo Storage and Access

  • Adam West Media will store your photos securely for 60 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may delete or archive the photos unless otherwise agreed.

  • It is your responsibility to download and back up the provided photos upon receipt. Adam West Media is not responsible for any loss or damage to the photos after delivery.

  • If photos are used in public or promotional materials, we kindly request attribution to Adam West Media where feasible. This helps us showcase our work and grow our business.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the photos in any manner that:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adam West Media from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the photos.

8. Modifications to the Policy

  • We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website.

9. Portfolio and Social Media Usage

  • Adam West Media retains the right to use photos taken during your session for marketing purposes including but not limited to social media, website portfolios, printed materials, and promotional content. This usage helps us showcase our work and support the growth of our business.

  • If you prefer that your photos not be used publicly, you may request an opt out in writing before or at the time of delivery. We will always honor privacy requests, especially for minors or sensitive projects.
